Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
- Sealed package
- Shipping label
- Full unboxing process
- Visible damage (if any)
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Customized products cannot be canceled once production starts.
