REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of personalized and gift products:
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged.
- Non-customized products are eligible only for replacement if defective.
2. Damage or Defect Claims
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a replacement:
- A continuous unboxing video must be recorded.
- The sealed package must be shown before opening.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Without proper video proof, no refund or replacement will be issued.
3. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Minor color variations
